Return & Exchange Policy
How to Initiate a Return:
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your Nimi order, we're here to facilitate a smooth return or exchange process. Please email us at support@nimiskincare.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
Return Policy:
- Unopened Products: If you return the product unopened, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee minus the cost of return shipping. You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to initiate a return for a full refund.
- Opened Products: For opened products, a 25% restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund. This policy also applies within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Your order number is required to process a return.
- Refunds, minus any applicable restocking fees for opened items or return shipping fees, will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
No Return Slip Required:
No need to worry about a return slip. Nimi packages do not include one. For assistance with returns or exchanges, simply contact support@nimiskincare.com.
Processing Returns:
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive them.
- You will receive an email notification once your return is processed and your refund has been issued.
Incorrect or Damaged Products:
If you receive a product that is not what you ordered or it arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@nimiskincare.com, and we will ensure you receive the correct Nimi product as quickly as possible.
Exchanges:
We want you to love your Nimi products. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Whether you’d like to try a different product or replace something that didn’t work for your skin, our team is here to help. To start an exchange, please email support@nimiskincare.com and include your order number and the products you’d like to exchange. Our customer care team will guide you through the simple process.
