Are your products made in the USA?

Of course! All our products are made in the USA and support American-paying jobs. America first!

What works best for wrinkles and fine lines?

Our Peptide Serum and Lifting Moisturizer Cream work best for wrinkles and fine lines. These can be used on the face, neck, and around the eyes.

What works best for dark spots, sun spots, and hyperpigmentation?

Our Glow Up Routine and Vitamin C Serum are perfect for this - they work well for dark spots, sun spots, hyper-pigmentation, and more.

What order should I use my products in?

Are your products safe?

Yes, all products are safe. We do not use toxins, fragrances, or chemicals that irritate the skin.

How long does it take to see results?

Users will experience healthier skin within the first few applications.


Note: The Anti-Aging Cream and Vitamin C Serum work immediately and improves over time. The scientific studies are based on 12+ weeks of usage - you will see results before this period and continued results with continued use.

What is the shelf life of these products?

All Nimi products are made to stay good for 18-24 months until the last drop!

RETURNS

How do I place a return?

We're sorry you didn't love your Nimi order! But returns are easy. Please reach out to support@nimiskincare.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest. We really want to make your experience with Nimi wonderful, so let us know what we can do to make it up.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.


To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to support@nimiskincare.com.


Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note - your original shipping charges are not refunded. Gift cards are final sale.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry - Nimi packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to support@nimiskincare.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at support@nimiskincare.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Nimi product you ordered!

Can I exchange my purchased product for a different one?

In certain cases due to damage or shipping errors, customers can exchange their purchased item for a different one. Please email support@nimiskincare.com and let us know why you’d like an exchange, and we’ll see what we can do.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after your purchase. Most packages are sent via USPS and arrive in 3-5 business days or sooner. Most orders will ship the same day for orders placed before 11 am EST. Orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays or days preceding holidays will be shipped on the next regular business day.

How long does shipping take?

Most packages are sent via USPS and arrive in 3-5 business days or sooner. 


Most orders will ship the same day for orders placed before 11 am EST. Orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays or days preceding holidays will be shipped on the next regular business day.

How do I track my order?

We automatically email you your tracking number after your purchase. This takes about 24 hours from the time you ordered.

What is the cost of shipping?

There is FREE Shipping on all orders over $60. Orders under $60 are charged $4.95 shipping. (Note: "special zones" like Hawaii cost a little more)


People sometimes ask why we charge a shipping fee, and our answer is simple: that's exactly what our shipping company charges us. We do not make money from the shipping charge. We will never add additional fees for shipping.


We work with a shipping company that processes orders as fast as possible and lets you track your order every step of the way. They treat people with respect and love, and that's what's important to us.
